Vampire Parakeets – The Feathered Nosferatu

Here we have pure white parakeets with pink feet and red eyes, oh the horror!  They perch VERY nicely upside down.  With the little capes and folded collar, they’re pretty striking to see. They can be carried on the finger right side up, or upside down.  I gave them pale bills since they are creatures of the night.  The cape gets two gold beads and can be pulled off the bird if need be, and the collar can be flipped up though it looks better angled down like this.
