We're Ready To Go

It's been a while since the last post, but things are all done and ready for loading for Pennsic.

The flying monkeys are done, the camels, the macaws, the hand puppets, the catnip toys, the Hogwart Bunnies, the hanging bats, etc. etc. etc.

I didn't have time to finish all the new paper doll designs, or make the peregrine falcons (it's going to be REAL light on birds this year), or all the books for cats I wanted to finish, but what's done is done and it's all boxed up and most of it is tagged with price tags.

So it's off to War with us and hopefully I'll be coming back with a lot of sales made. I'm going to need it--this year alone we had to spend $5,000 for a new furnace/air conditioner, $3,000 repair on the truck for the clutch, rack & pinion and two tires, and I just found out my car is not going to be fixable, one of the wheel bars is bent and it's too expensive to put $1,200 into a 14 year old car to keep it road safe. So I've currently spent half my year's salary on just three things this year....I won't be making any savings deposits for a while. What I make at Pennsic goes towards a used car to keep me mobile. That's sorta discouraging.
