Purrtosa's Cool
She re-ordered from me again. Everything is going except the catnip birds so I took the remaining two back and substituted another pair of items for them.
It looks like she wants to cater to the upcoming holidays. I didn't have anything Halloween-ish so fooled around with some fabric and did up crunchy skeletons and witch hats. The witch hats were so easy to make, and if I do them taller and crump the top down somewhat they'd make good Sorting Hats from Harry Potter. Hmm..........
The crunchy skeletons were a printed rainbow skeleton fabric that I sewed into tubes with a black top section that I appliqued a white doggie bone on. The inside has catnip and folded crunchy bag sections in it. Pretzel bags have the best crunch but I mostly used empty cereal bags since I had more of those. I'd done that before with 'bacon' strips and they've always been popular. The cats like them because they're very lightweight and make noise.
She got 45 total cat toys in 8 different designs. I'm already trying to come up with Thanksgiving type toys - pumpkins and turkey legs for sure.
